Active Members–

Clinically active perfusionists within the State of Arizona. Active Members shall have the right to vote.

Clinically active perfusionists outside the State of Arizona or other individuals dedicated to the purposes of the society. Sustaining members do not have the right to vote. Membership fees are based on Arizona residential status.

An individual enrolled in a program of perfusion training accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (C.A.A.H.E.P.) or the Accreditation Committee- Perfusion Education (A.C.P.E.). Student members do not have the right to vote.
